Location

The apartments Bile Labe are newly built in the very centre of the town, they fit very well with the original estates, in the close vicinity there is the Tosca Hotel. The location is very quiet, a commercial passage is on the ground floor of the apartments, many restaurants and other entertainment in the surroundings. Before the house is park with several banks right by the river Labe. They are approx. 100 m from the downhill run on Hromovka where is the central paid parking. Directly next to them is a stop of skibus (Sv. Petr, Medvedin, Stoh…). An excellent location for mountain hiking, as well as for more demanding cycling routes. Ideal for families with children, sportsmen, as well as for older people. A new AQUAPARK in Spindleruv Mlyn (approx. 900 m).

Description

Apartments Bile Labe are located in two entirely new apartment buildings (built in 2004). On the ground floor, a passage with a wide choice of services for skiers. It is possible to place bicycles or skiing equipment in a junk-room. A restaurant and excellent confectioner's approx. 50 m from the apartments. Pets not allowed! Smoking is forbidden in the apartments. A failure to comply with the mentioned means a lost deposit.

Accommodation

Apartments Bile Labe are new apartments, very nice and with modern furnishing, with a balcony. Each of the apartments has its kitchen corner (fully equipped, cooking plate, refrigerator, boiling pot, microwave oven), TV+SAT, radio, bathroom with a bath and lavatory, entrance hall. Apartments Bile Labe are prepared including bed-clothes, towels, bath towels, soap and dish cloth in the kitchen line.

At winter, excellent skiing conditions (skiing from December to May): ski lift Hromovka in the place (four-seat cable railway). A ski school is in the place - SKOL MAX. Other skiing areas within the reach of skibus: Medvedin-Misecky, Sv. Peter, Stoh in Spindleruv Mlyn with many black, red and blue courses. One skipass is valid for all above mentioned areas. Apartments Bile Labe have an excellent position for cross-country skiers - 40 km of ski routes and cross-country stadium. Other attractions in winter: snowpark, snowtubing, night skiing. New Aquapark in Spindleruv Mlyn are placed directly at the parking of the cable railway to Medvedin. Another is in the Bedrichov Hotel. In summer, the place is ideal for cyclists and for hiking. Other attractions in the surroundings: bowling, summer bob run, tennis courts, mountaineering wall, bicycles rent (Spindleruv Mlyn), possible golf course - Mlade Buky.
