• Nobody from our employees has access to the data on your payment card.

How You Can Pay With Us?

1. After inserting your email address in the order and receiving an agreement from our operator (see the Procedure of order), you will receive a list of settlement options to settle the payment, while one option there will consist of URL reference to the payment gate with an encoded key comprising the number of your order approximately in the following form:

   The communication protocol https:// opens the secured communication channel between the Internet browser and the server. The key "h" is a unique code of your order. Without knowing it, nobody else is allowed to browse through your order.
2. Click the address of the payment gate you received by email. There will be a window on the screen with warning that you are entering a secured area, which is proved by the certificate SSL issued for the server golding.cz. Answer "Yes" to the question in the window with the warning if you want to accept the communication certificate.
3. Now, you are on the page of your order. Check it and if all data are correct, click on the button “Go to the payment“. If the data do not conform because of any reason, contact the operator with the number of your order.
4. At this moment, you are entering the interface of the payment gate of the Global Payments Inc. company (at the site https://3dsecure.gpwebpay.com) which technically provides settlements through the above payment cards for the "CSOB, a.s." bank where we have our bank account.
5. The payment gate will call you to insert data on your card: payment card number, date of termination of the card validity and CVV2/CVC2 – the last set of three numbers printed on the signature slip of your card. Insert the information directly to the payment page of the processing bank that will ensure insoluble encoded transfer of data and inform us only about the result of the authorisation. In this way, we eliminate any abuse of your payment card via the subject you are purchasing goods from, and free transfer of unsecured data on the public computer network.
6. Based on the result of the transaction whose result we will be given by the bank in the form that the payment “was” or “was not” executed, your order is settled: You will be informed in a positive case that the payment was made and that the system will automatically send to your email address an electronic certificate as confirmation on the payment allowing you to use the rent. If the result of the transaction is negative, it may mean that:
   • The data on the payment card were not completed right. In that case, enter the payment gate once more time (you can find a reference in your email at the message with selection of the payment method) and try to complete data carefully once more time.
   • There are no sufficient financial resources on your account or you have already used up your limit for Internet transactions;
   • Your card has not authorisation to be used for Internet transactions. In that case, you have to contact your bank.
